Kendra Wilkinson's got some stamina! "A mere few days" after giving birth to Hank Baskett IV via C-section, she sat down with OK! magazine to talk about her plans to get back into shape.

"I'm going to get into better shape than ever," Kendra vows to OK! "It's time to get my butt back into shape. I used to have some sexy abs, but I was like, 'There they go.' "

As for that C-section? Kendra said it shouldn't be a problem.

"But no, the doctor made a small incision and didn't even cut into the muscle."

Uh... okay?

Have you ever heard of anyone less than a week post C-section planning any exercise routine? Especially one that's "a blend of martial arts, swimming, and squats"?

Kendra said she gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy. Well, all I can say is: good luck! I admire her drive :)
