Jimmy Shanley memberitahu Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Shah Alam semalam bahawa isterinya, Nursuhaila Eliani Suhaimy mengaku mengandung anak luar nikah dan mengugut mahu menggugurkannya jika kandungan itu benar anak Jimmy.

Jimmy berkata, Nursuhaila membuat pengakuan menerusi SMS pada petang 24 Januari 2011 selepas dia menegur isterinya itu, yang didapati masih berjudi.

Jimmy memberi keterangan dalam perbicaraan tuntutan nusyuz dan kembali taat yang difailkan terhadap Nursuhaila pada 3 dan 27 Januari tahun lalu.

Menjawab soalan peguam syarie Mohd Noor Aizan Mohd Idrus, Jimmy berkata, pengakuan Nursuhaila itu adalah salah satu sebab mengapa dia mendakwa isterinya nusyuz.

"SMS isteri berbunyi; Kalau I mengandung pun confirm anak you ke? Ni Mr Jimmy, I dah buanglah anak you tu kalau I mengandung.

"Saya balas SMS dan bertanya anak siapa awak mengandung? Dia jawab; Anak haram. Mampus pi lah anak siapapun. Ada aku kisah," kata Jimmy yang membacakan SMS Nursuhaila di hadapan Hakim Syarie, Saharusin Selamat.
