Courtney Love has just lost the legal guardianship of her 17 year old daughter with Kurt Cobain, Frances Bean Cobain. A court appointed Kurt Cobain’s mother and sister as her legal guardians. This change of guardianship is normally made when the parent(s) are incapable of taking care of their kid, which Love probably is.
