Sarah Jessica Parker Never Expected Twins
Sarah Jessica Parker didn't set out to have twins. The 44-year-old ‘Sex and the City’ actress and her husband Matthew Broderick admit that even those they are so very happy with their addition, looking after daughters Marion Loretta and Tabitha Hodge is proving to be more difficult than they expected.
Sarah – who had the twins through a surrogate mother – told Popeater:
“We didn’t want twins but we wanted a bigger family and this is what we got.
“It’s a blessing, it’s a thrill, it’s a privilege but it couldn’t be more different.”
Discussing heading out with the children, she added:
“It’s shocking. The diapers, the ointment, the bottle, the pacifier, the baby blanket, plastic bags so you’re not leaving a dirty diaper at someone’s house or a restaurant, God forbid, wipes, baby Tylenol.
“The list goes on and you need it all, it’s not a joke. Times two.”
Despite the stress being a mother of twins has brought her, the ‘Did You Hear About the Morgans?’ actress is managing to laugh through her difficulties.
“Honestly it’s funny. It’s comedic. There is so much organization and advance planning that happens.”
We all forget that stage - even when it was just a few years ago. Then you blink and they are in Kindergarten. Enjoy every moment Sarah.
