Vanessa Hudgens Sues Over Nude Photos
Getty ImagesVanessa Hudgens is fighting back! The High School Musical star was embarrassed when some naked photos of her taken a while ago hit the Internet, but now she's suing a website for posting them.
Vanessa and her main man Zac Efron (Bauer Griffin)According to E! Online, Vanessa filed suit in a federal court in LA against moejackson.com, demanding that the site remove those pesky photos that keep making the rounds on the Web. She's also asking for unspecified damages. The lawsuit reads, "The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the Internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."
In addition, Hudgens has registered her pictures with the US Copyright Office.
